The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of sections 3, 5, 6 and 7 of the Dockyard Ports Regulation Act 18651 and, in so far as section 7 of the Act is concerned, on the joint recommendation of the Secretary of State for Defence and the Secretary of State for Environment Transport and the Regions, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
