1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the North/South Co-operation (Implementation Bodies) (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the appointed day(1), or on the day after the day on which it is made, whichever is the later.
(3) This Order does not extend to England and Wales or Scotland.
“the appointed day” is defined in section 3(1) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.
