Modification to Schedule 6 to the Act3
In its application to relevant proposals paragraph 12 of Schedule 6 to the Act shall have effect as if for sub-paragraph (2) there were substituted–

The proposals shall be implemented by the admission authority for the school (within the meaning of Chapter I of Part III).
