Exemption of maintenance of ground
2.—(1) The maintenance of ground(1) by Broxtowe Borough Council shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is carried out during the period beginning with the date on which this Order comes into force and ending immediately before 1st January 2001, in the following parishes of the borough–
Awsworth
Brinsley
Cossall
Eastwood
Greasley
Kimberley
Nuthall
Strelley
Trowell
(2) The maintenance of ground by Thurrock Borough Council shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is carried out during the period beginning with 1st October 1999 and ending immediately before 1st October 2000.
