This Order may be cited as the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Commencement No. 7 and Saving and Transitional Provisions) Order 1999.

In this Order—
“the 1996 Act” means the Education Act 19962; and
“the 1998 Act” means the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.
