4.	The link road from the westbound off-slip between A40 Western Avenue and A406 Hanger Lane and the eastbound on-slip between A406 Hanger Lane and A40 Western Avenue.
5.	A40 Westway, from its junction with Old Oak Common Lane to a point 38 metres west of the western kerbline of the westernmost arm of Primula Street.
