Modification of paragraph 1 of Schedule 13

Paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 1 shall be modified as follows:

After the definition of “film” insert–
“film production activity”, in relation to a film, means any activity undertaken for the purposes of the production of the film;

Omit the definitions of “sound recording” and “studio”.
