In regulation 2 (interpretation) the definitions of “adjudication officer", “the President" and “social security appeal tribunal" shall be omitted.

In regulation 18(2) (disqualification for misconduct etc.) for the words “may be determined under Part II of the Administration Act" there shall be substituted the words “
the Secretary of State may determine
”
.

Chapter V of Part II M1 (adjudication) is hereby revoked.
