SCHEDULE 10 E+W+S AMENDMENT OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY (INCAPACITY FOR WORK) (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1995

1.  In regulation 2 (interpretation) the definitions of “adjudication officer", “the President" and “social security appeal tribunal" shall be omitted. E+W+S

2.  In regulation 18(2) (disqualification for misconduct etc.) for the words “may be determined under Part II of the Administration Act" there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State may determine ”. E+W+S

3.  Chapter V of Part II M1 (adjudication) is hereby revoked. E+W+S
