Amendments to the principal Regulations24
In regulation 34—
a
in paragraphs (1) and (3), after the words “Secretary of State”, wherever those words occur, there shall be inserted the words “or the Board”;
b
in paragraph (1) after the words “he thinks” there shall be inserted the words “or they think”.
