Amendments to the principal Regulations

12.  In regulation 27—

(a) in paragraph (1)(1) for the words “Secretary of State arranges” there shall be substituted the words “Board arrange”;

(b) in paragraph (1A)(2) for the words “Secretary of State so directs” there shall be substituted the words “Board so direct”.
