PART III AMENDMENTS EFFECTING A SINGLE FORM OF FUND-HOLDING PRACTICE AS FROM 1ST APRIL 1999

Amendment of regulation 3 of the principal Regulations

10.  In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations (application for recognition as a fund-holding practice)—

(a) omit paragraphs (2)(1) and (6)(a); and

(b) in paragraph (9)(2), for the words from “either-” to the end of sub-paragraph (b) substitute “that the practice will not, in the opinion of the Health Authority, be capable of managing an allotted sum effectively and efficiently”.
