In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—

• “the Computation of Earnings Regulations” means the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 19963;

• “the Contributions and Benefits Act” means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19924;

• “the Council Tax Benefit Regulations” means the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 19925;

• “the Disability Working Allowance Regulations” means the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 19916;

• “the Family Credit Regulations” means the Family Credit (General) Regulations 19877;

• “the Housing Benefit Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 19878;

• “the Income Support Regulations” means the Income Support (General) Regulations 19879;

• “the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations” means the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 199610; and

• “the Pension Schemes Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 199311.
