Amendment of regulation 53F110
In regulation 53(3) (decisions of appeal tribunals), for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
b
except in the case of an appeal under the Vaccine Damage Payments Act, the conditions governing appeals to a Commissioner.
