The Merchant Shipping (Musters, Training and Decision Support Systems) Regulations 1999

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, after consulting the persons referred to in section 86(4) of the Merchant Shipping Act 19951, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 85(1)(a) and (b), (3), (5) to (7) and 86(1) of that Act2 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
