CUSTOMS AND EXCISE
Council Regulation (EC) No. 2111/1999 of 4th October 1999 prohibits the supply, sale and export of specified petroleum and petroleum products to certain parts of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. These Regulations—make it an offence to infringe that prohibition;provide for licensing of supplies, sales and exports, and participation in related activities in accordance with the Council Regulation; andmake provision for enforcement.

a
