4. In regulations 9A(2)(a)(1) in the substituted paragraph (2B)(b) and (c), 10(6)(b) and (c) and 12B(9A)(b) and (c) for the word “review” there shall be substituted the words “revision under section 9 of the 1998 Act or supersession under section 10 of that Act”.
