SCHEDULE 8 E+W+S AMENDMENT OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY (ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE) REGULATIONS 1991

1.  In regulations 7A(2)(a) M1 in the substituted paragraph (1A)(b) and (c) and 8(4)(b) and (c) for the word “review" there shall be substituted the words “ revision under section 9 of the Social Security Act 1998 or supersession under section 10 of that Act ”. E+W+S
