Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order dissolves on 1st April 2000:

  • the Glenfield Hospital National Health Service Trust;

  • the Leicester General Hospital National Health Service Trust; and

  • the Leicester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust.

It should be read in conjunction with the University Hospitals of Leicester National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999(1), which establishes a new NHS trust.
