SCHEDULE 2 TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Interpretation

1.  In this Schedule—

(a) “MCC” means magistrates' courts committee; and

(b) “the outer London SMB” means the Strategic Management Body representing MCCs in Greater London, other than the Inner London MCC and the City of London MCC.
