SCHEDULE 4 E+W+S AMENDMENT OF THE SOCIAL FUND MATERNITY AND FUNERAL EXPENSES (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1987

In regulation 4(4) M1 (provisions against double payment)–

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for the word “reviewed" there shall be substituted the word “ revised ”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), the words “on that review" shall be omitted.
