1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 4th January 2000.

2.  The Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 1994 M1 are amended by substituting for Part III of Schedule 6 the contents of the Schedule to these Regulations.

M1 S.I. 1994/3247, amended by S.I. 1996/1092 which inserted Part III of Schedule 6. The 1994 Regulations have also been amended by S.I. 1999/197 and S.I. 1999/3165 in a manner not relevant to these Regulations.
