ADAPTATIONS OF THE GREATER LONDON AUTHORITY ACT 1999 HAVING EFFECT IN RESPECT OF THE WHOLE FINANCIAL YEAR BEGINNING 1ST APRIL 2000

The provisions of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 set out in column (1) of Table 2 below shall have effect in relation to–
(a)
the financial year beginning on 1st April 2000, and
(b)
the exercise before 1st April 2001 of functions under those provisions, or under any provisions adapted by any of those provisions,
subject to the adaptations set out in Column (2) of Table 2 below.
