The Council Tax (Demand Notices) (Wales) (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1999

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 113(1) and (2) and 116(1) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2(4) of Schedule 2 to, the Local Government Finance Act 19921, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
