Amendment of regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations
2. In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the principal Regulations—
(a)in the definition of “movement document”, for the words “paragraph 6(4) and (5)” in paragraphs (a) and (c) of the definition there shall be substituted in both places the words “paragraphs 6(4) and 6A”;
(b)in the definition of “permanent transport authorization”, in paragraph (a), for the words “paragraph 6(8) of Chapter II” there shall be substituted the words “paragraph 6A(8) of Chapter II”.
