Amendment of the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) Regulations 1996
4. In Part I (accompanying documents and records) of Schedule 2 (relevant Community provisions), in item 2, in the second column–
(a)after the words “and by Regulation 127/97 : Article 1” there shall be inserted the words “and by Regulation 2838/98 : Article 1”, and
(b)at the end of that column there shall be inserted the words “and by Regulation 1648/96 : Article 1 and by Regulation 960/98 : Article 1”.
