Amendment of the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) Regulations 1996
8. In Part V (oenological processes and conditions for release to the market) of Schedule 2, there shall be inserted–
(a)in item 9, at the end of the first column, the words “and Regulation 1627/98”;
(b)in item 17, at the end of the second column, the words “and Regulation 2612/97 : Article 1 and Regulation 2839/98 : Article 1”;
(c)in item 19, at the end of the first column, the words “and by Regulation 1629/98 : Article 1”;
(d)in item 22, at the end of the first column, the words “and by Regulation 1629/98 : Article 2” and, at the end of the second column, the words “ : as amended by Regulation 693/98 : Article 1”.
