In the Agricultural Marketing Act 19585 in sections 19A(1) and (2) (powers exercisable following MMC report) and 47(2)(aa) (restrictions on disclosure of information) for “Monopolies and Mergers Commission” in each place where it occurs substitute “Competition Commission”.
