SCHEDULE 1 TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS, ETC.

The Administration Act

35.  In section 167(1) of that Act (interpretation), after the definition of “industrial injuries benefit” there is inserted—

““Inland Revenue” means the Commissioners of Inland Revenue;”.
