SCHEDULE 1 N.I. TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS, ETC.

The Pensions Act N.I.

63.  In section 51(1) (payment of contributions equivalent premiums) after subsection (2) there is inserted— N.I.

“(2ZA) In this section “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State.”.
