68. In section 63(2)(1) of that Act (non-payment of contributions equivalent premiums) for “Department” there is substituted “Inland Revenue”.
Section 63 was amended by paragraph 51 of Schedule 3 to the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995.
