1.  In section 16(5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992(1) (application of Income Tax Acts and destination of Class 4 contributions), as substituted by paragraph 16 of Schedule 3 to the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999(2), for “over to the Northern Ireland Department” there is substituted “into the Northern Ireland National Insurance Fund”.
