12. In section 10A(7)(1) of that Act (Class 1B contributions), for “Regulations may” there is substituted “The Treasury may by regulations”.
Section 10A was inserted by Article 50 of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 (S.I. 1998/1506 (N.I. 10)).
