SCHEDULE 3 N.I. Transfer of Other Functions to Treasury or Board

The Contributions and Benefits Act N.I.

2.  In section 1 of the Contributions and Benefits Act (outline of contributory system), after subsection (6) there is inserted— N.I.

“(7) Regulations under subsection (6) above shall be made by the Treasury.”.
