SCHEDULE 3 Transfer of Other Functions to Treasury or Board

The Contributions and Benefits Act

20.  In section 19A(1) of that Act (Class 1, 1A or 1B contributions paid in error), after subsection (2) there is added—

“(3) Regulations under subsection (2) above shall be made by the Treasury.”.
