37. In paragraph 7B(1)(1) of Schedule 1 to that Act (collection of contributions by Department) for “Regulations may” there is substituted “The Treasury may by regulations”.
Paragraph 7B was inserted by Article 54 of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.
