SCHEDULE 3 N.I. Transfer of Other Functions to Treasury or Board

The Administration Act N.I.

42.  In section 13 of that Act (provision of information in relation to statutory maternity pay), after subsection (1) there is inserted— N.I.

“(1A) Any regulations for the purposes of subsection (1) above must be made with the concurrence of the Inland Revenue.”.
