SCHEDULE 8 FURTHER CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

The Contributions and Benefits Act

6.  Paragraph 7C(1) of Schedule 1 to that Act (interest and penalties chargeable concurrently with Inland Revenue) shall cease to have effect.
