In relation to a designated country, Part I of the Act and Part III of the Act so far as it relates to realisable property shall apply, subject to the modifications specified in Schedule 3 to this Order, in relation to external confiscation orders and to proceedings which have been or are to be instituted in the designated country and may result in an external confiscation order being made there.
