1. This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Appropriations) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.
2.—(1) The sums specified in column 2 of the Schedule to this Order (amounting in total to £14,038,349,000) are appropriated for the year ending on 31st March 2000 out of sums forming part of the Scottish Consolidated Fund for the several purposes respectively specified in the corresponding entry in column 1 of the Schedule.
(2) There are appropriated in aid of the sums appropriated by this article for the several purposes specified in column 1 of the Schedule the sums respectively specified in the corresponding entry in column 3.
