These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1998 (the “1998 Regulations”).

These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1998 (the “1998 Regulations”).
Regulation 2 makes some minor drafting amendments to Regulation 15 of the 1998 Regulations.
Regulation 3 inserts references to recent EC Directives in items 2 and 6 in the Table in Schedule 1 to the 1998 Regulations.
Copies of the EC Directives referred to in these Regulations can be obtained from the Stationery Office.
