Nomination

Method of election: candidates for return as constituency members

(1)

If the statement required by rule 18 above shows more than one person standing nominated, a poll shall be taken in accordance with Part III of these Rules.

(2)

If that statement shows only one person standing nominated, that person shall be declared to be elected in accordance with Part IV of these Rules.
