Revocations and transitional provisions

2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Police (Appeals) Rules 1985(1) (hereinafter called “the 1985 Rules”) are hereby revoked.

(2) In relation to an appeal against a decision made in accordance with the Police (Discipline) Regulations 1985(2) or the Police (Discipline) (Senior Officers) Regulations 1985(3)–

(a) nothing in these Rules shall apply, and

(b) the 1985 Rules shall continue to have effect.
