3. In rule 2 (interpretation) of the Register of Trade Mark Agents Rules 1990(1), for the words ““the Institute” means the Institute of Trade Mark Agents” substitute ““the Institute” means the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys”.
S.I. 1990/1458. These rules, by virtue of paragraph 22(1) and (3) of Schedule 3 to the Trade Marks Act 1994, continue in force and have effect as if made under section 83 of that ct and may be varied by further rules made under that section.
