An authorization given by the Secretary of State in accordance with article 22(1) or 55(1) of Council Regulation ( EEC ) No. 1408/71 M1F2, as amended from time to time, on the application of social security schemes to employed persons, to self-employed persons and to members of their families moving within the Community.
