Determinations

4.  In article 3(1) (determinations)–

(a) for “articles 5 and 6”, substitute “article 6”;

(b) after “the Social Security Administration Act 1992”, insert “or section 122(5) of the Housing Act 1996”(1); and

(c) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), add “within the relevant period or as soon as is practicable after that period”.
