Article 1(3) shall be amended to read “This Order shall extend to the United Kingdom, and, except in relation to articles 4 and 5, to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.”.

In article 8(1) the words “article 3(2)” shall be replaced by “article 3(3)”.

In paragraph 2(b) of the Schedule to the Order after “United Kingdom” there shall be inserted “or under or in the service of the States of Guernsey or Alderney or the Chief Pleas of Sark or as the case may be, the States of Jersey or under or in the service of the Government of the Isle of Man.”
