11.  A20 from the boundary of London to its junctions with Lewisham Way and Amersham Road including—

(a) Amersham Road from its junction with Lewisham Way to the south side of its junction with Parkfield Road; and

(b) Lewisham Way from its junction with Loampit Hill to the south west side of its junction with Parkfield Road.
