SCHEDULE 4 U.K.EXTENSION OF ENACTMENTS IN RELATION TO THE REGISTRATION OF EUROPEAN LAWYERS WITH THE LAW SOCIETY

12.  For the purposes of section 391 of the Insolvency Act 1986(1) and the Insolvency Practitioners (Recognised Professional Bodies) Order 1986(2), registered European lawyers and their partners shall be deemed to be— U.K.

(a) part of the solicitors' profession; and

(b) subject to the Law Society’s rules in the practice of their profession.
