The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 24C, 25D(1)(b), (2) and (3) and 31(4C) of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973M1 and section 21(4) of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984M2, makes the following Regulations:
